RE: ADDENDUM TO ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT – PUBLICATION AND FEATURE

This Addendum is entered into by and between Ivy Brothers, an academic mentorship and consulting organization (the "Company"), and Krishnamurthy family,  (the "Client"), effective as of the date of the Client's enrollment in the Company's services (the "Effective Date"). WHEREAS the Client has enrolled or intends to enroll in the Company's research publication and extracurricular development services; and WHEREAS the parties wish to establish specific performance guarantees relating to publication and feature outcomes; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and obligations contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree to the terms set forth below.

Publication and Feature Guarantee

The Company hereby commits that the Client shall achieve publication or feature recognition through a qualifying academic or professional platform within seventy-five (75) calendar days from the Effective Date (the "Guarantee Period"). For purposes of this Addendum, a qualifying outcome shall encompass any of the following achievements: (a) presentation of the Client's research, scholarly work, or project at an academic conference, symposium, or scholarly forum of recognized standing; (b) publication of the Client's authored or co-authored work in a peer-reviewed academic journal, scholarly periodical, or other recognized publication venue; (c) feature, profile, or other form of recognition of the Client or the Client's work in a university newspaper, university-affiliated publication, institutional newsletter, or similar academic media outlet; (d) recognition, feature, or presentation opportunity facilitated by a university organization, academic society, student association, or comparable institutional entity; or (e) any substantially equivalent academic, professional, or institutional platform that provides similar recognition or publication benefits, provided that such alternative platform is agreed upon in advance and in writing by both the Company and the Client prior to any submission or placement activities. The Company agrees to undertake all commercially reasonable efforts and employ industry-standard practices to secure one or more of these qualifying outcomes on behalf of the Client, including but not limited to identifying appropriate venues, preparing and submitting materials, coordinating with external organizations and institutions, and providing ongoing guidance and support throughout the entire publication or feature process.

Dedicated Session Allocation

The Company shall allocate ten (10) dedicated live sessions, each 1/2 hour, totaling five (5) hours of live consultation time, specifically toward the advancement, development, and completion of the Client's publication or feature project contemplated under this Addendum. These sessions shall be conducted in real time between the Client and a designated representative, mentor, or specialist of the Company, and shall be utilized for purposes including but not limited to research development, manuscript preparation and refinement, submission strategy and coordination, and general publication guidance. The scheduling of said sessions shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties in good faith and in a timely manner consistent with the objectives and timeline of the publication period. Not all sessions need to be used.
